I've been listenin to music since I was born. When I was a baby my dad used to play the radio to calm me down and to put me to sleep. Later on, I would look at his record covers (the one I remember the most was P-funk's "The Mothership Connection" album cover).In 1979, when I was 7 years old, I remember going to 7-11 with my step-dad. On the way, I heard "Rapper's Delight" on the car radio of his "76" MC. My reaction to it was, "Brilliant!! Why haven't they done this before?!" After that, I think I must have heard every rap song that ever came out up until I became an adult (also, when I was a kid, I could remember when there was still just a handful of well-known rappers in the industry. I lost track as the amount of rappers and emcees became staggering).I never forgot the music I heard during my childhood years in Oakland, never forgot the hip hop movement. My love for music is deep and undying. So, here I am. Presenting my love and passion in music-form. Hope you like!
