I'd like to meet:

Seven "I AM" Statements of Jesus1. I AM the bread of life.* John 6:35: Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.* John 6:48: I am the bread of life.1. I AM the light of the world.* John 8:12: When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” * John 9:5: While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” 2. I AM the door.* John 10:7: Therefore Jesus said again, “I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep." 3. I AM the good shepherd.* John 10:11-14: “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. The hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep. “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me...." 4. I AM the resurrection and the life.* John 11:25: Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies." 5. I AM the way, the truth and the life.* John 14:6: Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." 6. I AM the true vine.* John 15:1, 5: “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." *************************************************** WHAT IS OUR MIND SET WHEN TROUBLES COME OUR WAY?Are we like bulldozers pushing our way through, when things don't go or way, convinced that the Devil has focused his attention upon us exclusively, as if our interests and goals are so important that he musters all his demonic influences to corrupt our plans and lives.Perhaps we pray about our situation, asking for God's help and direction in the matter , or thirdly, do we suppose that the terrible events that has encroached upon our lives was just another example of our wicked generation and a sign of our times. Well perhaps there is even a possibility not listed in the above three examples,that might regularly pop into your mind after one of these blood pressure raising events. I want you to consider another possibility that had evaded me for years, when trouble comes my way and disrupts my personal life. And it is this, what was my mindset when trouble arise and disrupts my day? In most cases, even after the experience of rebirth as "new" Christians, our thinking processes for solving our issues, remain for us a bit worldly . The renewal of the mind spoken in the book of Romans 12:1, is just that, a 'RENEWING" or changing of our thinking processes and problem solving.. Now this message is clearly geared towards the believer, because it has to do with our Godly Heavenly Father, and how He brings His children to maturity. Guess what, He is in the works for our "good", when we learn to surrender to Him our huge as well as our microscopic problems.... You by now I am sure have learned that God wants us always to use His standard when problem solving. So I present to you today...when wrong things happen in the life of the believer, what is our approach to solution? Years ago when attending a "World Map Conference", in Southern California, a Principle was introduced, that would dramatically change my thinking in regards to test, trials, persecution, and temptation.GOD'S PLANS FOR US ARE ETERNAL AND ARE DESIGNED FOR OUR GOOD, TO PROSPER AND TO BRING US TO MATURITY IN THE PROCESS.SECONDLY THE FATHER KNOWS BETTER WHAT NEEDS CORRECTION IN OUR LIVES AND HOW TO BRING THAT CHANGE ABOUT!! So the principle is this: "GOD FIXES A FIX TO FIX US, AND IF WE UNDO AND TRY TO FIX THE FIX BEFORE WE ARE FIXED, BECAUSE HE LOVES US AND IS PATENT, WILL FIX ANOTHER FIX TO FIX US!!!!! I have said all this to suggest.......PRAY FIRST WHEN TROUBLE ARISES IN YOUR LIFE, BECAUSE YOU MAY BE PASSING UP A "TERRIBLE" OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT GOD'S METHODS FOR SOLUTION!!!!!! THANK HIM FOR WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH, BECAUSE YOU KNOW "THAT ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD, FOR THEM THAT LOVE GOD AND ARE THE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE"..... REMEMBER, TODAY IF YOU HEAR HIS VOICE......... DO NOT MAKE YOUR HEART HARD, BUT SOFTEN YOUR MINDSET AND SURRENDER YOUR HEART AND SPIRIT TO HIS, FOR HE CARE FOR YOU!!!!!danandsandycan (still learning)
