I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. My life is filled with much beauty and love. Each of our lives is this blessed; it's whether we have the eyes to see, the ears to hear, and a heart that is open to the infinite love and grace which envelops us all.I am also a Life Coach and Yoga Instructor. Life Coaching is a powerful process. My work helps people to look within and find a level of emotional honesty that allows them to show up for love-to experience their lives with an open heart and mind.
