On the evening of January 10th, 2007, Sean Weber was walking home from school when he was hit by a car in the Bergen Beach Area. Sean was rushed to the hospital and didn't make it.
For the past year and a half, Sean has been bringing Metal to the world every Saturday. He loved The Metal Meltdown like it was his child. After every show he was looking forward to the next. The show has brought so much joy to Sean. He has gotten the opportunity to interview and meet so many musicians because of the hard work he put into the show. Musicians like Tim "Ripper" Owens(Iced Earth, Judas Priest, and Beyond Fear), Hansi Kursch(Blind Guardian), Dragonforce, and Lacuna Coil.
