Raul Gayo aka Max Headroom began his career as a dj being a simple hobbie that shared with his friends in 1994 @ Barcelona, his natal city. Some years later, he began to play in different parties and festivals of the electronic transition EBM.
Professionally he didn..t appear until the creation of the Spunny concept on the Piu club Sabadell where, aside from collaborating with the artistic direction of the club, he had presence sharing the cabin with artists of the size as Luke Slater, Funk of void, Electric Indigo or Steve Rachmad.
After almost two inactive years, returned to scene with a monthly residence in the Techno club Loops of Sabadell and actually, he is the responsable of SOUNDWORKS (Platform of support and development for new artists of the electronic Barcelona scene).
Founder of the project, had presence in the club Danzarama (Group Salsitas, Barcelona) with a weekly frequency planning the Friday nights and being the resident of the club. In that new phase could enjoy sharing session with some artists as The Dose, Tom Clark, Swatsquad..
Because of this movement several clubs as Zoom, Blau (Girona) Fellini, Liquid, Spirit, Lemon Twist, Underpool, La cova, Limbo…. (Barcelona), Club7 (Madrid), Beatz (Salamanca), Flex (Vienna), Tresor, Manga Club, Sternradio, Color Parties (Berlin), Garden club (Munich), Venice Carnival (Venice), they have hired their services.At present works in the project www.soundworksbcn.com where with his partner and friend Guim develop a task of support and identification of new talents for the promotion of these. The residence in the club Becool that in these 3 last years has been the referring one of the vanguard of the electronic music, has done of this artist a great expert of the international scene to plan some of the most interesting proposals than they have been able to listen in Barcelona. In this phase he have had the privilege to work with many talented people such as Tigerskin, Dario Zenker, Bruno Pronsatto, Mark Henning, Butane, Autotune, GummiHz, Luna City Express, Markus Meinhardt, Dapayk, Hearthrob, Kasper&Papol, 3 Channels, Pan-Pot, Daniel FX, Alejandro Lopez, Polygon OEL, Joguet, Retronouveau, From Karaoke To Stardom, Ruede Hagelstein, Zander VT, Monomachine, Seph, Tadeo, Tolga Fidan, Dandy Jack, Sonja Moonear, Ion Ludwig, Ryan Crosson, Lee Curtiss, Kabale und Liebe, Smacs & Patrik Kong, Iñaqui MarÃn, Andomat 3000, Daniel Bell, Nico Purman.. just too many to mention! .
