Three female MC’s…Rhonda Pheloni, Camilla Caine, and Rose’ Mo.
Rhonda Pheloni was born on June 23, 1982 in Greenville, SC. She was raised by both parents until her mother and father were divorced when she just the age of four. Rhonda was the raised in a single parent household by her mother and was surrounded by two older brothers and one younger brother.
Conmeilia Lee was born on July 12, 1983 in Greenville, South Carolina. She was raised by her mother, grandmother, and a few other relatives. She also is the mother of a beautiful two-year old daughter named Jhamere, who shines the light on her world. Since the age of seventeen, Camilla has been on her own with no direction of how her life would turn out, but deep inside she always knew she wanted to be famous. Whether it was modeling or acting, she knew the lime light was where she belonged, she never knew rapping would take part in her career.
Rhonda Pheloni and Camilla Caine met in 1997 through a neighborhood friend, and the duo has been inseparable ever since. Pheloni has been rapping since the age of fourteen, but did not desire to make a career out of her hobby until six years later at the age of 20.
Camilla Caine has been rapping since the age of fifteen, but she did not find her desire to make a career out of rapping until she met Rhonda Pheloni and the two wrote their first song together called “Shakedown.”
Rhonda and Camilla began writing and recording songs together in 2002. The two would rap for friends and family members, creating a fan-base of individuals outside of themselves. The feedback they received was incredible. The Bounti Girlz were surprised and then became even more motivated to continue writing.
Before the group Bounti Girlz came about Rhonda was a member of two groups. The first group was called Atlantic Coast Camp, and there she was the only female member among the group. Pheloni was also a member of a group called Corner Pocket, and she was the only female rapper out of four male rappers. Rhonda performed a few local shows with the two groups prior to becoming a Bounti Girl. The two groups did not work out for her vision that she had for herself, and destiny brought the Bounti Girlz about into the music industry.

The Bounti Girlz state that their plans for success do not restrict themselves to just rapping. The trio will create and own their own clothing line, perfume, footwear, line of accessories, and maybe indulge themselves into an acting career. The Bounti Girlz set no limits for themselves, and walk by their own words stating, “There is always room for advancement.”
The name Bounti Girlz came from the drive they have for the music industry. What makes the Bounti Girlz different from other artists is their style, versatility, characteristics, personality, image, and their courage for introducing a hot, uniquely different style of music. They have a sound that definitely no other act in the industry can top.
