Mighty Whitey

Mighty Whitey is a solo artist spawned from years of playing with some of the best local, and national acts around. In the late 90's Whitey linked up with Mike and Andrew Nehra, and began touring and sitting in with Robert Bradley's Blackwater Surprise as well as jamming with local legends The Howling Diablos. Once he found his niche, and developed a following it was time to test the solo waters. After setting his sights on a funk/hip hop project, he wandered up to Flint Michigan, and gathered a group that would come to be known as Ten Inch Skillet. For the next 2+ years the band would play an array of shows that would land them on stages with the likes of Kid Rock, Ratt, Sponge, Nickelback, RBBS, Diablos, D-12 and many more. New recordings at Funky D Studios in Royal Oak Michigan with producer Tino Gross will soon be posted.In the meantime....
