Roland Loy ist seit über 20 jahren als Musiker, Singer/Songwriter, Vocal-Coach und Musikproduzent tätig. Als Seminarleiter arbeitet er u.a. für die LAG-Rock (BandFactory, MusikInliner, S'CoolBus) und den Landesmusikrat Niedersachsen (SchoolJam, 'JuMu goes POP') im norddeutschen Raum. Coaching Jobs hat er für die WEA und BMG übernommen. Seine Expertise ist auch bei NEUMANN und SENNHEISER gefragt. Regelmäßig finden Veröffentlichungen auf seinem Label statt und er betreut angehende Sänger und Sängerinnen, von der Stimmbildung bis zur fertigen Aufnahme.

On his Label LOYworld Records he's regulary publishing CDs and taking care of the musical development of singer/songwriters at the beginning of their musical career. Shaping their voices, helping while arranging their songs and lyrics and guiding them the whole way through, from the first singing lesson to the final recording and production of their songs.
