My name is Michelle White. My father was the lead guitarist for The Byrds. My love and interest is to be the best mom I can be and to pass on the love that my parents had for me as a child.When I was 8 my father was killed by a drunken driver in July of 1973. My life went on a series of rocky roads thereafter and has built steady character in me with a wise understanding of people and their motives. I plunged into a heavy addiction of cocaine/crack and alcohol and I have been delivered by the force and grace of God Himself, because I really thought I was going to die of these chemicals and their affects. I had lost hope.Now I have 5 beautiful kids that actually survived my struggle to stay alive. Two of them (Brad and Brandon in Ky) are men now. I am very proud of the way they've turned out. They have a huge love for me and eventually want to move to Nashville.
I have recently moved out on my own with my two younger kids, and my middle "middle" child Haley is almost grown herself. She's half way through High School and she is passing with flying colors and is THE comedy relief in my life. A cool comedian and a natural at making people laugh.
My two younger ones are extremely pretty and talented. Looking at my youngest is like seeing my dad all over again with his black wavy hair and big brown eyes.
Anyway, enough about 'my kids'.
I have also finished an autobiography and plan to call it My Back Pages. It's huge and I am looking for a book publisher.
