Is basically a lighter version of the brownie. Each Blondie is made with the following ingredients: FLOUR, SALT, BAKING POWDER, DASH OF CINNAMON, REAL BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, FRESH EGGS, PURE VANILLA EXTRACT, SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS, TOFFEE CHIPS, with or without WALNUTS, SPRINKLED WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS ON TOP. As you can see, they are individually wrapped in a cellophane bag with pretty ribbon.

A LITTLE BACKGROUND ABOUT MOI!
My name is Michelle, mother of 4. I'M ALSO A GRANDMOTHER! (Thanks, Nia for reminding me!) JK. I have always had a creative flair about me. But, that's just MY OPINION. I've have done alot in the following fields, from BAKING, cake decorating, quilting, sewing, painting, invitations, party favors, air brushing, digital scrapbooking, scrapbooking, etc. Many more fields I've failed to mention, simply because I've lost track, I'm sure if you take a walk through my garage, you'll find a little bit of everything I've just mentioned above in my garage, AND THEN SOME!
SO, come back to present day and how this MORTGAGE INDUSTRY has taken a toll on a lot of livelihoods in this business, mine included. I am an escrow officer, for a small mortgage broker, who can only do IN HOUSE ESCROWS. Since the closure of doors of many lenders and many 'WONDERFUL' programs that have suddenly ceased from existing...you know the ones, 100% financing, SISA, SIVA, neg-am loans, 1% interest rates, adjustable 2 year fixed.... YIKES, what were the banks thinking?? Ah! That's another story for another day. My point is: I wanted to get back into something I once loved to do.
First week of January, flipping thru my TIVO, saw an episode about baking. Inspired, I felt, thru the marvelous internet, I could possibly begin baking again.
