H3 Enterprises "Where Hip Hop meets Wall St." was founded by Brian "H3" Peters and Jamar "JNiice" McNeil. In Nov. 2004 McNeil, a highly sought after radio DJ, presented the concept of a Hip Hop themed restaurant to "Ideas Happen Live" contest sponsored by Visa and Bank of America, in Washington, DC; where it easily took first prize. With the winnings the duo started the company the Halls of Hip Hop with the ideas of starting the restaurant .
