In Nov. 2004 McNeil, a highly sought after radio DJ, presented the concept of a Hip Hop themed restaurant to "Ideas Happen Live" contest sponsored by Visa and Bank of America, in Washington, DC; where it easily took first prize. With the winnings the duo started the company the Halls of Hip Hop with the ideas of starting the restaurant . Being more than just a restaurant concept the idea of binging Hip Hop to the stock market and empowering a generation became focus of the fledgling company; at 25 Peters took the company public through a reverse merger on the Pinksheets creating H3Enterprises, Inc. the First Publicly Traded Company dedicated to Hip hop (HTRE.pk) and Peters became the youngest African American President of any publicly traded company.Their award-winning franchise has become the new home of the Hip-Hop Generation - the most sought after demographic in the world today.
