We train beginners long term not weekend warriors. We don't train out of towners. We don't train people from other fight gyms. LOYALTY is big deal here.
All of our students fight in sport karate. They go through belt ranking and they fight in karate tournaments.
That means controlled sparring in karate not boxing and kickboxing.NO FULL CONTACT.
NO TUFF MAN MENTALLITY PERIOD.
There is no Amature Charter in the State of Texas for Muay Tai and Kickboxing since last September.
We are fighting in point (sport) karate tournaments and maybe the WCL World Combat League.
The conditioning we do is the same training with the equipment I used as a professional world class fighter including: heavybags, speedbags, crunch bench, medicine ball, plyometrics, jumping rope, running, slipbag, foucus pads, kicking sheilds, leg throws, and fighting drills.
Our karate includes kata, basic blocks, and free sparring.
