MEET THE COMMITTEE formed in January 2008. In the months to follow, the 3 piece have begun gigging in the Bradford area and recorded a 3 track studio demo. More recently the band have enjoyed numurous plays on local radio stations and have completed a video for their song 'Pint With Your Name On'. Watch this space for gig news and new demo recordings.

"Considering that the Demo was recorded in one day the quality of the recording is very good.
The lyrics are memorable and meaningful. Almost anyone will be able to relate to at least one of the songs, whether or not it is the man next door who steals your ball, a mate who is held back by their missus or not being able to dance unless you are drunk.
I found myself singing the songs almost immediately and giggling every so often when I related to the words being sung.
As the band are a three piece however the sound is rather basic and at times sounds plain. Nevertheless the guitar is chirpy, the bass backs this up and the drums give the songs power.
Can’t really knock anything on the Demo and I Struggled to give any constructive criticism. Maybe try a bit of variation within the Demo next time around as the songs are slightly similar. Keep up the good work guys and get some live gigs.
