About Me

Charlie Iwuc, Jesse Simonsen, Isaac Lalich, & Andrew Cameron are Twelve Tears. From the heart of the Virgin Islands, on the island of St. John, four gentlemen decided to take all their talent and put it into one band. Charlie and Jesse, having intense knowledge of punk rock, approached local jazz drummer, Andrew, to see if he would want to take part in the first Epic/Pop/Punk/Rock band to ever come across St. John. Only a few months into their journey, they had already accomplished a whole lot. Charlie had moved to St. John after he'd been living in Rhode Island for twelve years. He already had a stack of demos to teach the band and Jesse had many playlists on his ipod of cover songs to lash out. Having so much success and almost having what they had dreamed, they all agreed that they were missing something-a keyboardist. Isaac, a good friend of the band, quickly jumped into the Epic/Pop/Punk/Rock scene and dug out his old keyboard. Once the band was what it was destined to be, a foursome, they started playing local shows at local bars. Spending an immense time in Andrew's home studio, drenching themselves with pure epic sweat, practices came together just swell and the stardom of the complete Twelve Tears band arose. Currently, the band has all gone their separate ways and are all pursuing their lives. Charlie has now moved to Boston and is in City Confessions (www.myspace.com/cityconfessions). Jesse has moved to Wisconsin to pursue his football career at Lawrence University. Isaac and Andrew are still on St. John, but they have chosen to pursue their own interests. Twelve Tears had reached the point where Indie met Mainstream. They all left at a good point in their lives before anything got too big.
