Ahh, the 'This is me! I'm interesting! Honest!' part. Okay, here we go...
I'm a 25 year old university graduate, who after 4 (and a bit) years of studying, drinking and dancing (not necessarily in that order and occaisionally at the same time) have finally got my BSc in Chemistry and the letters after my name that go with it. *Applause* And now in a classic move i'm not doing anything with my new found degree and have decided to be a lost and directionless loser for a while. How long this will take, no one knows. So to keep myself busy i run the bar i work in with a fluffy mitten covered fist, i'm too nice for my own good.
I try my damndest not to follow the crowd, or conform to any stereotypes. I don't see the point in wearing the same clothes as everyone, or doing what everyone else is doing. Strike out, be yourself and be different, don't be a sheep (or a goat, or a mountain llama) for the rest of your life.
For many years i refused to grow up, all my friends had long term relationships and proper jobs, and i just wanted to go out and party all the time. I was far too young to worry about being sensible and boring. But recently, things have changed. I've decided it was time to go get a proper job, and while it is taking me a bit, things are progressing, slowly but surely. But still far too long for my liking. So if anyone can get me a Scene Examiner job it would be much appreciated!!
I've recently met someone who means a heck of a lot to me, someone who i'm head over heels in love with and someone who makes me fantastically happy. Which believe me is a rarity in itself! So Johnothon, even though you're constantly correcting my grammer, fuelling my craziness and making come up with insane ideas like "NONE FOR YOU!" and "The Jones & Xenomorph Show!", thank you Smoochy, I love you.
All in all, I try to keep a constant, positive outlook on life. And it also helps to be a little mad and live a life which is as random as possible.
I`m into music in a big way. Listening to and appreciating as i have no creative musical skill at all. Always enjoying finding new bands and going to random gigs. It helps that i will listen to pretty much anything, although i have to avoid dance music at all costs because its tends to make my brain dribble out my ears.
And thats it! For now, until i have enough time to do this proper like.
