I grew up in the Washington/Baltimore area. As a child, I competed in many sports such as swimming, soccer, baseball, basketball, and tennis. During the seventh grade my athletic ambitions were cut short by a back injury I sustained while on a hiking trip, so I picked up playing the guitar and film photography.At 16 years old, while working at a local Musical Instrument store, I purchased my first multi-track recorder and began to mix and record local bands. This led to pursuing and completing a degree in Audio Technology at American University in Washington D.C. During that time, I also toured the country with Eat You Neighbors to record a live album and engineer their concerts.After graduating with my Bachelor's Degree in Audio Technology I felt that it wasn't enough. I wanted to learn the film trade as well, and hopefully someday use my knowledge of music and audio to my advantage.
