Why Al Franken loves the biggest ass in America, aka Bill O'Reilly:
Ok, I guess I need to put my disclaimer back up here. If I don't know you, I'm not going to add you as a friend. Send me a message, introduce yourself, entertain me with a joke, anything. Just don't send me a random friend request and expect it to be accepted. **Addition** You MUST say more than just 'hi'. If you are inspired to contact me, take the time to put forth a little effort and actually try to engage me in conversation. I don't need a novel, but a few sentences about something would be much appreciated. If you can't do this, don't expect me to put forth the effort to respond.
In life in general, I'd like to meet Michael Franti- he seems like he'd be an amazingly interesting person to sit down and talk to over a few beers. My grandmother on my dads side of the family. I've met her before, but she passed away when I was very young and I wish I could have a day to spend with her now. As far as on here goes, any normal (as in not psychotic crazy, or a creepy pervert) decent fun people.
I love Louis Black:
Jeff Hanson, The Shaky Hands, Pinback, Widespread Panic, Louis Armstrong, Tea Leaf Green, Modest Mouse, Nora Jones, Postal Service, Grateful Dead, ALO, Janis Joplin, Silversun Pickups, Taj Mahal, Bright Eyes:
Spalding Gray monologues (Swimming to Cambodia, Monster in a Box), Michael Moore movies (The Big One, Sicko, Fahrenheit 911, Bowling for Columbine), Spaceballs, Donnie Darko, Little Miss Sunshine, Superbad, Some Like It Hot. Here's a scene from Swimming to Cambodia (fantastic movie, you should Netflix it!):
I'm a shameless reality tv addict. I think I should get some help... Also Family Guy, Damages, CSI, The 4400, The Daily Show, Real Time with Bill Maher.
Anything by Dave Sedaris. Augusten Burroughs is another I like quite a bit. Michael Moore's books, Supersize Me. I don't read much fiction.
