Modus Magus is electronic solo project by Polina Friedman.Polina was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. Back in the 90s the sounds of techno and acid house took off there. Starting out as a hobby, she became a music collector and went to many legendary parties and club events in Russia and around Europe. In 2001 she started her carrier as a club promoter. She organized parties in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Scandinavia over the next few years. But then she felt that it is not enough. She wants to express herself through music and began experimenting with electronic sound.
