I am touched...
Alone by the wind,
who wakes both flesh and blood.
And to my side my dear solitude,
shrouded by thoughts I had not sought.
What became of the mistress who gazed at me with tender heart?
and what beating does us part...
I am forsaken...
To live among a desert god,
meddling at my skin.
Knowing only of my horizon,
without end, giving in.
Where is my place on this earth of galaxy milk bred?
Do tranquil dreams still lie ahead....
I am yesterday...
A name without sunrise,
gentle voices speaking at my mind.
A kin to daughter destiny,
sacrificing the touch I left behind...

"When I produce a photograph that totally satisfies, a part of me actually dies. And I think that death is an aspect of myself being burned away or dissolved, because that part of what I had to work out is taken care of."
Anyone who still sees the world through youthful eyes...

Still in search of who a hero really is...
Midnight strikes and her tears fall once again, looking onto the sky and stars of heaven. She desires no other than the one who would do her no harm and awaken her truest passion. The senses of life, those shielded in sadness. She looks at her reflection and sees the eyes of a stranger. Stranger of her night.
I glance at those same stars from time to time. Knowing only of my impermanence on this earth. Knowing that as each day goes by so do my dreams, gone in the wind whose whisper I don’t seem to atone.
This is my obstacle, set forth by those who loved me in the heat of my desires.
Am I to succumb to such a fate; to live the destined dream filled with those rotten realities of the nightmare that is life, death, and an ignorance there of. Am I to believe in a god mightier than hope can be, or prepare to undergo the challenges of science and human extinction as an end?
I know . . . not.
One thing is certain though, there shall be no end to my name.
It is the way I understand things to be. . .
For a name without purpose is perhaps no name at all.
Still, she is there. . .
waiting . . .
waiting for me . . .
Why are you a designer / Artist?
Interesting question. Why am I a designer / artist? Such a question is almost impossible to answer. It is like explaining why I have brown eyes, or why I find joy in some things I do. But maybe, that's the answer in itself. As difficult as it may seem, I will put forth my best explanation as to why I would be called an artist. In technical words, to be an artist is to be a creator of art. But art itself is in the eye of the beholder.
Art to me is simply a lifestyle. It is a movement that captures beauty, passion, and most importantly creation. Only an artist can create majesty out of irrelevant things. Only an artist lives in a surreal world where the imagination and the spirit of the mind coincide in living existence. I could go on, but find it reluctant to do so. For you yourself are an artist and thus know what I mean. For the simple fact that I see life in an obscure manner, and accept my insanity therefore within . . . I find myself to be an artist, creating with only a vision to strive on.
How did you decide to pursue your current concentration?
By losing hope, losing all that I adored and leaving me with nothingness. Pursuing an education at the academy was the last string of ambition I had left. When the world had seemed to betray me, I chose to fight back. For now, I feel truly alone, alone in this foreign city, alone in this alien we call Earth. Gloom has now become my make-up, and as paradoxical as it may seem, only inside of it can I seek sanctuary. This is what drove me to pursue my current concentration. A chance to see the dawning of a new day.
Do you have a creative process?
Well, it all depends. My process could involve a diverse array of collecting and rearranging certain ideas. It could also involve the manipulation of optical reminisces. Sometimes, I choose to cut corners, and find the most direct way of reaching my destination. This itself could be creative, depending on your perspective. But to dissect and explain my creative process seems almost a bit too redundant. As long as I could complete all my work with the same euphony that makes music so grandiose, I will know I am on the right track. Despite how eccentric my serenade may seem.
Describe the steps you go through when creating a creative project.
Believe me, If I could, I would. But as I mentioned before, my process is too dismal to convey. Imagine this if you will . . .
You are walking alongside a river in a distant land. As you gaze upon the horizon, you see only the bleak marriage of everlasting trees. At this point you know you are alone for many miles there after. This does not worry you however, for you know that the beauty of the wilderness that spreads its arms over you is beyond what words can utter. You then decide to rest below a tree, to inhale this magnificent moment. Suddenly, you see a snake fast approaching you in the corner of your eye. In all dismay you freeze still, silent as a midnight owl. Need not worry though, the snake never reached you, for the river knew your name, engulfing the snake within. Every river flows towards the ocean, the ocean that swallows the stars almighty bliss. Knowing only this and the symbolic meaning of what had just occurred before you, you venture forward and proceed to dwell upon the wilderness that holds you so near.
This could be you on an autumn day in the woods. This could even be you on your way to work. Nevertheless, these are the steps I go through when creating a creative project. Treading forever in this eternal forest we have become so accustomed to ignore.
What do you find inspiring?
Many things, especially those consuming influence. I find my lost love to be not only my greatest tragedy, but also a great gift. I am inspired by the voice of poets through out our time. Dante being amongst my greatest teachers. Music also shares its place within my soul. I've had so many portraits of beauty within my reach because of the music I listen to. The music I love also catered me while I grew wiser and stronger (if even that). I find a rose to be inspiring. It is to me the representation that there is beauty in death.Of coarse, Art in general is inspiring. It carries the magic to bring two worlds into one sole piece. I am inspired when in love, even if my love is twisted with torment, for only with this reckoning can I shed crystal tears from marble eyes. The lake that carries all these virtues is by far my greatest inspiration.
What are your current creative limitations?
Interesting that you ask that, for I have been on a search to discover it myself. If not a spiritual fulfillment, then a feeling of being incomplete. A feeling of falling short of sublimity has become my limitation. A limitation breaking more barriers than just creativity. This has become my sole handicap, insuring that I am filled with the same illness that drives man mad. But I shall strive to overcome this curse, and unlock the chains that brittle my existence. This limitation is my undoing. Only by conquering all this that prevents me from feeling whole, can I end my existence in peace.
What is standing in the way of doing your best work?
Aside from the intangible, it is my struggle to survive. Being able to afford life's necessities ( food, shelter, e.t.c. ) Time could also be an issue, but as of now, I don't know. My resources are limited, so maybe this could also affect my work. Also as of now I don't know. But truthfully, I am not concerned about all this. Because I honestly feel that with a strong ambition, the stimulation of the mind, and a little magic, all my work will show the best of me. I only hope I am not being deceived.
