About Me

First of all just to let you know that I am in fact male and not female as shown on my profile. That was a mistake on my part and I haven't yet sussed out how to rectify that little error. "So please folks there is no cause for alarm!" I am a Hastings based artist/painter and I have been painting and drawing since childhood. I decided during the early part of 2002 to quite my job and attend art college. I spent three of the happiest years of my life at Hastings College of Arts and Technology and graduated at Brighton University in 2005. My inspiration comes from Nature and Hastings Fishermen's beach and I work mostly in acrylics and love to experiment with light and colour. So before you view my paintings put on some sunglasses, "you'll need them!" I like good food, socilaising and reading. I don't smoke or drink. I had to give up alcohol several years ago for health reasons and Guinness and Jameson profits have since plummeted "considerably" This does not however prevent me from attending gigs and supporting my musician friends. I shall leave you now to view my pics and let them do them talking.
