Hello! I'm a jungle/drum and bass listener and producer, but also a rock/metal listener for many many years. Since 2oo4 I have prepared an e-radio show called 'Metalmania' with my friend Gooral. You can listen to it every Thursday on www.radioasymetria.net at 8 PM CET (3 hours lenght). What you can hear now are the short sample clips (few minutes) from 'Metalmania'.
Our studio is placed in Gdynia near Gdansk, a place of freedom where the communism fell :). We live nearby a bay which is a part of the Baltic Sea, so some people from the South call us 'the eels' (perhaps it's because of the night activity? Have you ever seen the eels in the Baltic Sea? ;).
The broadcast is uncensured, so... the black-white banner 'parental advisory explicit lyrics' should explain everything ;). But no rabble! We play music we like (Gooral prepares a main playlist) and sometimes we present music of new or unknown bands found somewhere on the Web (somewhere, lol). Of course we play only legally bought music or downloaded for free, but in this case we always ask a band for a permission before playing.
But 'Metalmania' isn't only a dull broadcast with some rock music and previews. It's a show full of jokes, retorts, bizarre sounds, riddles and competitions for listeners, and of course a place, where the presenters and listeners meet once a week. It's been almost 4 years and we still enjoy the show and we believe the listeners have a great time too.
We invite you to join the show. Find us on skype (audycja.metalmania - dot is important!). You can phone us during the broadcast and you can have 30-60sec. to say (or do) anything you want!
