I grew up in Michigan with the Great Lakes always near by. The sand and water always beckoned and still does to this day. As a child and teenager I traveled across the country with my family to the mountains, deserts, plains and oceans, living outside. This tradition has continued with my family. We spend time traveling and camping and being near the forest and water each summer.
I’ve been self employed for the last 30 years. The first 20 years were in automotive repairs. I was also supportive of my wife in her retail health food store business during this time. The last 10 years I’ve pursued various activities including home remodeling/repairs. Being self employed also allowed me to be an at home dad during some very formative years of my children's lives. I love being self sufficient in making a living. I’m excited about my next new adventure.
