Jasper Strik is a music producer and studio engineer for various bands and projects. He is active as a composer, pianist/keyboardist, arranger and engineer/producer in the band Faelwa .
After some years of experimenting with different kinds of music, including pop, rock and metal, Jasper starts his study composition and music production at the conservatory in Enschede. The following years, he works on various projects including an internship at Excess Studios Rotterdam.
For Jasper, music is more than a product. It has personal contents, which he takes into account as a producer. Every detail of a piece of music has to fit those contents. As an engineer, he looks for a natural sound that corresponds with the atmosphere of the music and with the genre. Next to his knowledge of composition, arrangements and acoustics, he is definitely not afraid to experiment.
