FRESHKITOS( ofir.prod | industria.porto | maré.alta )Gustavo Pereira and Filipe Rodrigues also known as Gustavo and Dj.Phil started working together some years ago already but just 2 years and a half they decided to create the project Freshkitos because they were like two pieces that work perfectly when they are together and they were already playing most part of their gigs together but not officially... Gustavo apart from is work as dj has re-created the main underground scene at the north of Portugal with his work at Industria.Porto Club as a musical director. With the age of 24, Gustavo is really young but he has already done a lot in what means to educating the clubbers of Oporto and Portugal. Started 7 years ago promoting what are considered by the main Portuguese dance magazine, Dance Club, the best afterhours in Portugal at Maré Alta and 4 years ago promoting and as a resident dj at Industria.Porto, one of the oldest clubs in Portugal and that got a big tradition in what matters to quality music and people. Filipe, or Dj.Phil is nowadays the musical director and the resident dj of mare alta, a boat wich is the best afterhours in Portugal, he was also responsible for the orders on the biggest record store in Portugal, Bimotor Dj.Freshkitos played with several international artists like Laurent Garnier, Felix Da Housecat, Ricardo Villalobos, André Galluzzi, Michael Mayer, Tiga, 2manydjs, Booka Shade, SuperPitcher, Steve Bug, Ivan Smagghe, Vitalic, The Hacker, Tiefschwarz, ATA, King Britt, Ewan Pearson, Captain Comatose, Spektrum, Metro Area, Dixon, Charles Webster, Alex Kid, Freestyle Man, Donnacha Costello, Henrik Schwarz, Phonique, Nathan Fake, M.A.N.D.Y., Dj T, Music for Freaks, Dj Kaos, Zombie Nation, Sami Koivikko, Rob Mello, Jesper Dahlback, Nouvelle Vague, Kid Loco, Telepopmusik, Chicks On Speed, Richard Dorfmeister, Nithin Sawney, SWAG, Tintonton Duvanté, Isoleé, Cosmo, Osunlade, Harvey and many others.So since the beginning that Gustavo and Filipe are totally relationed with all kinds of electronic music and they have a good relation with many of these artists that come to their actual clubs, Industria.Porto and Maré Alta, as they are their hosts and are responsible for their booking.
