About Me

I enjoy simple things in life and yet I like to make things complicated. It's the beauty of having everything set up the way you have always imagined. I have a great partner in life as well a new career about to take charge! I have a sister who enjoys shopping for Sevens and then fighting baboons who try to snatch her purse. We'll set off on our new journey together on opposite coasts of the country. Goal? Money, happiness, and smiles. What else can you ask for? Thanks to my Slowly Melting Ice Queen (aka Mo) I have set a deadline to finish my Chic Lit. Anticipate chapters filled with stories of vodka, blackouts, tears, pain, screams of happiness, and contentment. It's a contenment that only I could have produced myself, by processes that include heartache, losses, but most of all, gains. I'm finally there.

My Interests

Reading chic lit. Watching useless television. Taking Toto to the park. Going out to nice restaurants and spending an obnoxious amount of money, just to go home and pig out. I like eating eggs and anything noodles (pho tom with no cilantro, extra white onions, and lots of rooster sauce). I go to the sauna often w/ my mom. I like looking at resumes. I love listening to Coldplay at night in the car. I am becoming obsessed with wine/tapas. Wow. That was a random list of "stuff".

I have only crossed off 3 characters from my In Touch. SO MANY MORE TO GO.

Music:

Coldplay. Rascal Flatts. Keith Urban. Tim McGraw. Keane. Air Supply. All things KOST and KIIS.

Movies:

Somewhere in Time. Love Story. Breakfast at Tiffanys. Roman Holiday. Twice Upon a Yesterday. Bridget Jones. Love Actually. Before Sunrise/Sunset. I like all the movies that you don't.

Television:

Lately I haven't watched much TV with no cable at the apartment. I do catch up on most on the wknds at home home. Recently I fell in love with Lisa Loeb on ..1 Single. I also watch a lot of E!, MTV, VH1, TNT, TBS, and A&E.

Books:

I've read a lot of useless books in my time. My favorite authors are probably ones that your younger sister likes. Nicholas Sparks is one of my favorites. I read enough textbooks about leadership, marketing, and management - I figure for my leisure I should stick with nonsensical books like chic literature.
