About Me

Jon, Ben and Lee went to Tibshelf school together and became close friends through a love of drinking half yards of cheap ale, Pulp and Jarrow Elvis. The band formed many years later on the Motorway bridge in Newton, Derbyshire during the summer of 2007. After many hours of practice, a line up change and endless conversations in the George and Dragon, MP DADS emerged blinking into the sunlight.MP DADS play a mix of pop, rock and dance which can be hard to categorise. Ben once said: "Why buy a 12 string guitar? Don't pretend to be something you're not."
