David Ben-Yshay started in the world of music as a drummer, and has since moved on to being primary songwriter, bassist and vocalist for Eden. He imbues his insightful lyrics with sincere and positive observations on Judaism and spirituality. David's songwriting style is upbeat,energetic, and emotional. He is also a very talented Visual Artist and Designer.
Moshe Axelrod currently shoulders the responsibility of being both the rhythm and lead guitarist for Eden. His influences cover a wide range of just about anything from classical composers such as Machaut,Josquin DePresez, G. Carissimi ,and J.S. Bach and "modern classical" composers, like G. Ligetti Arvo Part Philip Glass and Steve Reich to contemporary songwriters like Bob Dylan, Neil Young, The Byrds, and Jimi Hendrix. He holds a B.F.A. In Music and Audio Technology from the City College of NY and is a Master's Music Candidate in Composition at Brooklyn College.
Motti Shanet has come into his own as a drummer. He roundsup the mix with years of drumming experience having studied with Normie Wayne. With a keen sense of syncopation and rhythm, and a personality that is all but impossible
