I am here for Networking

About Me

I think I'm cooling our as I age. I'm no longer driven to the center ring. Primary Element has disbanded and I've grounded myself from circus school. Instead I play chess and go roller skating. I'm a singer with the Bicycle Choir . That's me you hear laughing too loud and making baudy jokes. What can i say? I had four older brothers. I got stuffed into a lot of dryers as a child. Toughen up or die, little filly. I'm wild for inventive street theatre. Fire, sparks, circus delights & the Vaudeville macabre; the political, the nonsensical, the brilliant and the bizarre- ah, that's where my heart is!
* Acrobatics/adagio training since 2005, ongoing
*Object manipulation; including marching band rifle & flag (4 years with Seattle's most notorious marching band), fire chains, some juggling
*Hellcat with a grinder
*Singer, good with harmonies
*10-year love/hate relationship with Aikido
*Artist's model
*Grizzled old veteran volunteer/organizer for the geniuses in this town, including the Degenerate Art Ensemble, Circus Contraption, the INB, HazardFactory, Primary Element & PostWorld Industries.
I keep a blog that catalogs the drivel wicked fascinations that are my life here.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Acrobats, tattooed freaks that work out, fellow accordian fetishists & the accordian players that love them, strong men and little people, performers and creators, someone with a stringbed trampoline & cocktail bar in the same room, renegade clowns, activists, delectable dreamers, noisy musicians, great dairy-free cooks, cats that fetch. People that read. A lot.

More china shop, less bull

Crash

I wrecked my bike on Friday. I slid out of control on the freeway. I'm okay but she's unridable. It's a testament to good gear: my jacket and gloves are unmarked and sliding 30 feet on asphalt on my s...

Cover Me

I've been loosely tallying a list of inspired cover songs to keep them straight or to seek them out. I love the evolution of music, and of how one artist's attraction to a song and how they hear and r...
