I love reading, writing even (poetry) and playing football, jogging, yoga and most of all trying new things. The brain must not stand still.

I like funk, disco, rock, etc. Almost any kind especially the 80s but I love all kinds of music accept rap which I think is crap. It is not the same. music now is bad only a handful of quality singers the videos make the music stars now, how sad (ehmmm was that rap?)
Shawshank Redemption...because it showed that we are all in our life trying to get away from a "jail" It also showed that we all have that feeling of "someday when I get out of here, I am..." dreams that we hope to achieve and we should work on it. Actually Forest Gump too and too many to mention...But once again all kinds of movies I am flexible on this...sometimes I am a action guy..other times I want to watch an inspirational movie...OH yes! The rookie was also a good movie.
Mmmmhhh...National Geographic, Discovery,sitcoms like friends, cheers, Frasier, scrub, everybody loves Raymond and ESPN how can I forget them!
Ahhh biographies,...leadership books, I like books written by Alvin Toffler . Politics, warfare and business books. Actually too many books to mention I don't read much on fiction. I also grew up on marvel and DC comics
