.. I founded St Louis label Beige Records with Joe Beuckman. Together we had a band called The Bitwise Operators and made house and it was the first 12" release on our label.
Then a couple years later I figured out how to hack Nintendo cartridges, made some experimental Nintendo video/art/hacks and thought it might be cool to turn Beige Records into the art collective known as BEIGE with Joe and Cory Arcangel and Joe Bonn.
Then a couple years after that Cory made Super Mario Clouds and BEIGE kinda blew up which is perhaps the reason you're here...

I also make music under the name Paul B. Davis and have released one EP on Beige Records - Pretty. It's sold out and OUT OF PRINT. ....Presently I am living in London, producing tunes and beats and art...I also DJ and sometimes do sets using hacked cassette decks or mobile phones for variety and I founded the World Cassette Jockey Championships. And I still hack Nintendo cartridges and am a lecturer in fine art at Goldsmiths.
