About Me

Although my occupation states that I am a professional shopper, I do not have quite that kind of money in which to blow. In all honesty shopping is an addiction that not even therapy can cure for me. It is far from a profession, but if someone should ever want to sponsor any one of my sprees please contact me immediately. Seriously though, I spend my days as a District Manager. I have 10 stores across Dallas and east Texas. The company I work for sends us across the world once a year on a "vacation." So the good thing is that my passport has been stamped from places I would have probably never visited on my own. But for the other 51 weeks out of the year...lets just say that they don't pay me nearly enough for the drama I endure. It's really not as glamorous as it may sound. Really. But it's only a temporary state of insanity, we're always working for something better and in my case I'm working my way through school. So the light at the end of the tunnel...(drum roll)...Chiropractor. So upon graduation, which couldn't possibly feel any further away, they'll put a 'Dr.' in front of my last name and call it a day. Sounds like a fair trade. ;) I love my family and friends. On a daily basis I can't thank God enough for giving me what I have. I live with the coolest chic on the planet, (view her profile under "Ashes"). We've had a lot of awesome times together and I love her to death!!! I'm fanatical about the Mavs, and you won't catch me cheering for anyone other than UT. Most of the time i'm just one of the guys, i'm too laid back to be a drama queen, nor do I invite the drama of others. I love sushi, car shows, and Christmas. Out of all the places I've traveled I have yet to see New York at Christmas time. And with any luck I'll find someone to go with!! But above all I've learned one important thing from my dad recently, at the end of the day we are all here for reason. And although we are quick to forget that, our time is not promised. You must do and live as if it were your last day on earth and make your time worth the struggles you go through, because somewhere somehow you are making an impact on someone else who loves you.
