First of all, my name is Jessica.
I am a very proud Christian.
I have actually turned into the kind of Christian that I used to make fun of all the time... "A Church going, Bible hugging, Crucifix wearing, "Honk if you love Jesus" person." (Yes, I love the movie A Walk To Remember) lol.
I'm not a "normal" teenager by any means. I'm one of those cool kids that don't want to waste life drinking, using drugs, puffing on cancer sticks, or having sex. I'm not going to say that I've never done any of those things, but since I have been Saved, I don't feel the need to do any of that anymore. I don't feel the need to have to fit in with the rest of the World. It's not about what the World wants, or how we look in the World's eyes... it's about how we look in God's eyes. :)
I absolutely LOVE music, it is absolutely amazing. Without it, I don't know what I would do. Christian songs are my favorite to listen to because of their lyrics. Songs that are uplifting, inspirational, touching, motivational... I LOVE. I listen to ALL kinds of music. Yes, Christians like variety too! Country, Rock, Rap, Techno, Pop, some Metal...Ah! Music music music... LOVE IT. :)
Not only are God and music important aspects of my life, PEOPLE are very important too. I love my family, my friends, and even people that I don't know. My family has always been there for me, and I really couldn't ask God for a better mom, dad, or sister. Of course, they're not perfect, they make mistakes, but I love them, and they are perfect for ME. I love my friends. I have many friends and I love each and every one of them. I don't have very many close friends... I'm actually not even sure who I AM close with at the moment. But people are awesome. And yes, I mentioned that I love people that I don't even know. Being a Christian means to be "Christ-like." Jesus loved all people, thus, I am trying to love all people. I may not LIKE all people, but I love them, and will try to help them in anyway possible. :)
God has blessed me with the urge to help people. He has also blessed me with the ability to sit and listen. So if you need someone to talk to, need help with anything, or even if you're just bored and want to talk... I'm your girl!! ;)
