Hi, welcome on my page,
my name is JEFF and I’m 40++ years old, living in Paris, I have started to learn the piano at 9 years old (Mozart, Bach, Debussy...) very quickly I have been influenced by the black Music, in 70s by soul Music (Motown, James Brown, Marvin Gaye.....), in 80s by FUNK Music (George DUKE, EWF, LEVEL42 ....), in 90s by Acid Jazz (Incognito, Brand New Heavies, JTQ, Jamiroquai, and now my music/programming is the mix of all these influences for many years...I'm also a keyboard player/composer who has been a member of several bands SUNNYGROOVE, SOUL FONKY SISTA, SOULICIOUS, GOSPEL ACT.... Prior to that I was mostly writing/programming music for others. I'm currently playing with JACARANDAA band (Funk, Acid jazz all infos on www.myspace.com/jacarandaamusique), we play very often in Jazz clubs in Paris, the live music is a good experience to "feel the rythm, feel the groove, shake our body and start to move".....In the meantime I'm using this space to give a platform to my obscure little art offerings, I hope you enjoy them....
