Augusta Chronicle photographer Jeff Janowski. We rode with Gomez to Basozabal Golf Club, a nine-hole course sitting high within the Spanish Pyrenees on the outskirts of San Sebastian.
....I can deliver it for you,'' I tell Ollie and Gomez. They respond with puzzled faces.
....I won't lose it,'' I say. ....We're flying back to Augusta in two days, and I'll bring it to Augusta National for you.''
The two whisper an inaudible phrase in Spanish. Sergio then looks my way.
....OK, you take it so I don't have to worry about it,'' he said.

Olazabal's putter survived a trip through Atlanta Hartsfield without any havoc. It was delivered three days later, and can now be found in the grill room's glass case, safe and sound.
