About Me

Hello, I hope you enjoy my music as much as I enjoy Making it. I started singing when I was young, like all kids do! Just around the house and at church. I never thought of being famous and in all honesty I didn't know I even had a real voice until I was 14 years old. My big brother showed me 3 chords on the guitar and taught me how to finger pick the song This Old Guitar, by John Denver. That song took me through the beginning stages of where I am at today. I learned to play it flawlessly and sing along, people would hear me play it and were amazed at my vocals and how effortless it was for me to pick and sing. I was so eager to learn more and more so I asked anybody and everybody who knew anything about the guitar to show me something. Soon enough I was printing off songs and learning them myself, Strengthening my voice and opening new doors to the music side of my life. The first time I ever got up in front of a crowd was in a little Opera house in Marlow Okla, A guy named Orval Robinson was putting on country music show with the local talent. After the show he asked if there was anybody in the crowd who wanted to do a special and all my friends and family that were there watching the show pointed at me. I get up there with Orval's guitar and sing Grandpa by The Judd's, The crowd loved me, I got offers to go to different shows and jam sessions all over. Allan Wooten is the man that has pushed me in the direction of fame and to write my own songs, He provided me with unlimited use of his stage and equipment. He also got me in some local talent shows that took me to Pigeon Forge Tennessee on a nation wide competition in which I placed 3rd in my category and 1st in song writing. I have been singing and playing now for about 4 years and it always makes me happy to just go in my room plug in my guitar and sing for hours. I have only been writing music for about 6 months, It usually takes me an hour to write a song and a day to put music to it. I love getting in the mood to write, I never know how my next song will turn out. I'll wake up in the middle of the night with Lyrics in my head and I can hear the drums and the lead guitar already! I guess that is what makes me special. At age 18 now I am spreading my wings and gonna see where life takes me. People say that my perfectly clear vocals, wide range and amazing song writing could take me far with a good push in the right direction.BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND Layout made by x_Silver_Lining_x END

Band Members: Just me and my Guitar!
Influences: I was brought up listening to country Music, I really loved the way it had that sound and getting old enough that the songs started to make a lot of sense because I could relate to them. I think for me the most Influential people were Reba McEntire, Faith hill, and George Straight. It wasn't until just the past few years that i appreciated older country music. I used to listen to new country cause it sounded good but then I started writing and singing myself and it put a whole new swing on things for me. I have become BIG Patsy Cline, Dolly Parton, Bonnie Ratte, Loretta Lynn, Linda Ronstadt, Willi Nelson, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings fans! Lot's more that I failed to mention but are still just as great.
