(Genesis 37:18-19 New Living Translation) (18) When Joseph's brother saw him coming, they recognized him in the distance.  As he approached, they made plan to kill him.  (19) Here comes the dreamer! they said .        The word dream is defined from the Webster's Seventh New Collegiate Dictionary as "to consider as a possibility or to Imagine". Further study of the word "dream" we find the word "dreamer" which is defined as "one who has ideas or conceives projects regarded as impractical or one who is a visionary".  The word "Visionary" is defined as "relating to, or characterized by visions or the power of vision or one who sees visions".  We come to understand that from the word "visionary" is the root word of  "vision" which is defined as "the act or power of imagination or the mode of seeing or conceiving".        It is through what God has given me to make ready for such a vision as the "Victory Tour- Youth Evangelism Crusade" Theme: Victory is my only option 1st Samuel 30:8 KJV.  The youth of today have a great destiny awaiting to be unlocked.  And the things that we have been through and the things we have been told for example "you will never make it in life" or "your a nobody that will never succeed in life".  Through these words it has stabbed the life out the destiny within the young people today.  Many young people who are in church today never give birth to there destiny is because they have committed "spiritual suicide " because what we have come to understand is that the plan of the enemy is to "cripple your present with your past so that you don't give birth to your future".  And I have come to the conclusion that when a vessel carries a destiny it is subject to attack, in other words "the anointing attracts attack".  The same was done to Joseph by his brothers.  Notice if you will in verse nineteen, where the brothers say "here comes the dreamer"  not even looking at him as a brother anymore but only a problem.  And the thing about it is that saw him from a distance and they never said what they said when he was up close but they called him the dreamer from a distance.      Understand the reason why the enemy began his attack on your destiny was because he could see you from a distance, and want to stop you from becoming the very destiny that God has placed inside you.   In the case with Joseph everything was going alright until he had dreams, and all of a sudden the family who thought he was crazy and they did not think it was from the Lord.  Jesus says in (Matthew 13:57 New Living Translation) (57) " And they were deeply offended and refused to believe in him.  Then Jesus told them , "A prophet is honored everywhere except in his hometown and among his family".   Here Jesus is speaking of the very thing Joseph was going through and what the youth are dealing with.  And because of this spirit of "spiritual suicide" that has come into the body of Christ, many young people are deceived to believe by the enemy that the dream is dead and we become like martha when she said in (John 11:12 New Living translation) (12) "Martha said to Jesus , Lord if you had only been here, my brother would not have died".  Instead of us saying "my brother would not have died" we are telling Jesus "if you had been hear sooner my dream would not have died.  Understand God is telling us that if no one else believes in the dream, the dreamer or visionary has to believe in what he or she has been given.     (John 11:11 New Living Translation) is the core and mandate of the victory tour, listen to the words of Jesus this is what he says before he hears from martha about Lazarus.  (11) "Then he said, Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep , but now I will go and wake him up".  It is through the spirit of God that he has mandated the victory tour to tell the youth of today that "your dream is not dead but only sleep, and we come through the power of the Holy Ghost to awaken the dream that seemed to be dead because there is still life in your dreams.  There is still life in your visions, when we can come to understand the words of Jesus can bring new life into something that may seem dead.      (Isaiah 55:10-11 New Living translation) (10) "The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth.  They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry.  (11) It is the same with my word.  I send it out, and it always produces fruit.  It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.If you want to experience this move of God in your assembly, send us a message or email us at: [email protected] Christian Myspace Layouts - Crucifixion MySpace Layouts Christian Myspace Layouts
