At 16 years old Samantha has taken to singing and playing the guitar. She has become a favorite at the local coffee houses around her home in Marietta and is hitting the open mics around town, including making regular appearances at the famed Decatur stage of "Eddie's Attic".
About a year and a half ago she began writing music with her voice coach Robin Ball, and it was obvious that this young talent has a great passion for songwriting and expressing herself through her music.
Early in 2008 at a writer's weekend in Nashville she got to work with producer/engineer, "Todd Bradley" (James Otto, Big Kenny of Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson and Muzik Mafia) guitarist Robert Arthur, (Jeff Bates, Brad Paisley) and keyboardist Chris Mendoza (Damien Horne, Shanna Crooks). It was an experience that only fueled her fire. That fire continues to burn.
Samantha has an arsenal of infectious songs and a smile that will stop you in your tracks. When you see her perform you will be convinced that this is a talent on the move.
She is a gem polished to a shine and shine she does.
