About Me

I started writing songs I have to admit as a hobbie. Feeling the songs have an interest beyond my notebook, I have joined the Nashville Songwriters Association International and teamed with two female vocalists to demo several songs. As I learn from my peers, my hope and dream is to have a song first get cut and then become a "hit". I really enjoy networking with people in the music industry - thank you all!I experience the same emotions as do many songwriters, with spontaneous inspiration and I sometimes wonder if someone else is writing the lyrics and I'm just taking dictation. Definitely there is a certain amount of craft to learn before writing a song; and those skills, I am learning from other songwriters.
