You don't have to know exactly who you are, as long as you know who you aren't.

About Me

Photographer going PRO. Check out my Flickr portfolio.
LIFE isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...
it's about learning to dance in the rain.

Idealism is the main theme of an Aquarian lifestyle. They are optimistic and honest. The most loyal of friends will come in the Aquarian if you are lucky enough to make them a friend. These people don’t give people the chance to get too close to them too easily. Their need for independence keeps others at arms length because Aquarians don’t like changing their lives and they know they will have to in order to let others into them. These sweet people try to see the best in others and can always see why others do the things they do. Aquarians know that they are blessed and want the same for others. Others see Aquarians as detached, unemotional beings, which is far from truth. Aquarians often feel strongly and more so than others but have a tendency to internalize. Aquarians do not like to be fenced in and will fight it with very inventive methods. They don’t need barriers of any sort and will contest them to the end. High intelligence goes along with inventiveness. And they are sure to invent items that keep them without restraints. Give them free rein and they will do whatever is expected of them but try to interfere and feel their wrath. And this is one sign you don’t want to get irritated. These people are naturally friendly, honest and loyal and for them, it can sometimes cause hard lessons to be learned. Once learned, Aquarians retain their experiences so as not to ever have to go through them again. This quality makes them appear unemotional. Trying to push an Aquarian can bring out the contrary attitudes in them. They can’t be pushed and can be very stubborn. In career they are good as inventors, communications, advertising, airlines or any technical area of radio or television, and social workers helps their humanitarian side.I am a true AQUARIAN: quirky, intelligent, fiercely independent and extremely strong-willed, but with a sense of humor larger and a streak of generosity wider than the grand canyon. I am blessed to have a wonderful boyfriend/bestfriend whom I love with everything I've got, and a wonderful, brilliant son who is my world. I enjoy watching football and baseball but I'm a pub girl at heart, so a nice game of pool, poker, or darts is always just what the doctor ordered. I love to cook delicious food that people really enjoy. One day I will have a "food network" style kitchen and y'all can all come eat! I love cuddling up and watching good movies. I enjoy laughing my booty off as often as possible. Nothing compares to a full-out belly laugh with my best friend. I love dancing. I am never afraid of making a complete fool of myself as long as it brings at least a smile. I love character socks of all heights. I love water: swimming, paddling, and fishing. I love camping & poking at campfires. I really don't like feet. I love cheese. I am spiritual but not into organized religion. I think that you only have one go at this world so it's probably best to try to do it right, and even if you screw up it shouldn't stop you from getting back on and peddling like mad again. I'm not looking for anything in particular, just here to hang out and have fun. Though I have been on this website for many, many, embarassingly many moons, my list is short because I dumped all the bullcrap and have only added/kept people I really know. I'm not here to collect friends, but I'm always open to making new ones! Oh yeah, and... . Wurd.

To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intellilgent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded! -Ralph Waldo Emerson
