Punkrock has truly seen better days...At the climax of the punkrock-boom, around the turn of the 21st century, a bunch of fucks from the middle of nowhere started to vent their anger & aggression about politics, religion, parental control, fashion, ignorance, always being outcast etc. on guitars, drums and microphones. At this time, every backwater already had its own punkband, so the last thing anybody would need was another one. The most reasonable thing was to shut the fuck up and surrender, and so did a lot of them, but not those guys. You see the name "Unavoidable" is for a good reason. Some wise guy once said "It's more than music".A few years later, Punkrock was shut down from above as well as from the scene. Other subcultures, especially the emo-movement, cut their piece out of the punkrock-cake and in the end there wasn't hardly anybody remaining who was still into punkrock. Instead of bitching around, all they did was to put even more aggression in their music and started to shout out loud "We don't give a fuck about you". Ironically, that's when things started getting better for Unavoidable, maybe because there wasn't anything left to lose, maybe because people didn't look out for some more rip-off's without a message. Somehow they managed to hit the stage more than 100 times all over Europe, partly in order to support some of the best-known bands around, released 2 Records, earning positive critics from all over the world. No matter what you may think about it, the piece of shit that everybody wanted to see dead a few years ago, has become one of Europe's most honest and straightforward punkrock-outfits.
