I've had a lot of times when i've felt down and out, but at the moment i'm bursting with happiness, trying not to let things bring me down and often think to myself and smile :>

You can never know how much of what you say to someone, will affecte them. Be careful with the words you choose. Always try and tell the truth but don't hold back on certain words that need to be said; don't lie and pretend everythings fine when its not.
Is it better to lead a truthful life or one that will make you happy?
