Dave Winfield-2 New Songs!

I write songs so that I can get my emotions out in a way that I feel comfortable doing so. I'm not one to go and tell somebody about everything going on in my life both good and bad, so instead I let it out into my songs. I mostly write sad songs because that is what I want to release from myself. If I am happy, then I don't really have much of a reason to let it out to feel better cause I already feel good. Make sense? :) So anyways I write for me, well mostly me anyways. No matter what you write you are always doing it with someone in mind. In my case I do it for the people who I care about, my friends, family, etc. But even when you're writing songs for yourself, it's always nice to have people appreciate your music.
