Hi! My name is Chris Day, I'm a working musician from Lenoir, North Carolina. Welcome to my page!
I started playing music before I was a teenager, and I began playing music as a full time job back in early 2005. I am the frontman of my band, Lot 18, and I also participate in an acoustic duo called Climbing Ivy with my good friend Tino Grey out of Raliegh, NC. I've played hundreds of live shows and shared the stage with many fine musicians from the area. While my main focus at this point in my career is producing and promoting my original work, you can also find me playing covers and original songs alike in bars and clubs multiple times per week throughout the year.
ABOUT THE ALBUM:
The tracks above are excerpts from my original album, Orange. I really hope you enjoy them. On the studio tracks, I'm doing all of the vocals and playing all of the instruments except for the drums. The drums were provided by my good friend Jeremy York, and we recorded the material with Ricky Rodriguez at Bombhouse Studios in Morganton NC. On the demo tracks, I'm playing everything except for some programmed bass and drums, all of which I recorded right here in my home.
