Red Eyes Bio 2009
Red Eyes was founded by the brothers Yordi and Damian Lopez, both former members of Audac!ous. When this band stopped, they started recruiting members for a new project, Red Eyes. Singer Joe Mathis and bassist Jim Smith quickly joined the party and in March the band went to the studio to record their selftitled 4 track EP. In May 2008 Red Eyes was joined by guitarist Mathieu Martel from Marseilles to complete the line up.
After several months building their live set Red Eyes did their first live show, supporting the release of their EP, in a sold out Volta in Amsterdam.
The EP went on to sell 100 copies in it's first week of realease and Red Eyes embarked on the "Mini Metal Tour"; 7 gigs in Holland to support their release even more.
At the moment Red Eyes is busy writing new material for their debut album to be recorded in September/October 2009.
