Add to My Profile | More VideosI'm Skye Dumont, an 18 year old singer/songwriter. In singing and music I have found my Dream, my Love, my Passion, MYSELF. I have a zealous drive that pushes me to make myself heard and touch people with my music. I WON'T stop until the world hears me. I was born on April 25. 1990. I grew up in Brookfeild Connecticut/Navarre Florida.I first found a love for singing when i was three years old. In elementary school i won several talent shows, and at age 10 my mother put me into voice lessons with Mrs. Sabrina George. By age 14 i could sing in 6 different languages and had accomplished learning several arias. I had also learned how to play piano and violin quite well. In the summer of 2007 i auditioned for American idol, and was turned down. The producers said "I am talented but they wanted more outrageous people". I was voted best musician for senior superlatives, and I packed my resume full of shows and learning workshops (honing my crafts). I have performed in front of audiences of up to 200 people! In the fall, im going to FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY to get a bachelors in commercial music and vocal performance.
