in april of 2006, Jeff Furness had recently finished recording an allentown-based band called the Fury Fight. An old high-school friend named Matt Rittenhouse was playing guitar in the Fury Fight and wanted to start a side project with Furness. In the meantime, Rittenhouse and Caleb Miller (also playing guitar for the Fight at the time) had been working on some off-beat tunes on the side that weren't along the Fury Fight's genre. When Furness heard these songs, he wanted to get started jamming with Rittenhouse and Miller immediately. The three called up Chad Kilheffner, an old friend of Furness' and local drummer from back in the high-school band days. The four got started (slowly) on a few tunes. After a while, Kilheffner had to split from the group due to scheduling issues, so the three were back at writing without a drummer. After trying out 4 or 5 more drummers, and continuing with the writing- the three had spent a few months (without a drummer) writing an almost complete album. In early 2007, Furness and Rittenhouse were out at the local watering hole and ran into Steve Zegray (Chinstrap). Strap asked how the project was going, since he was a drummer on the local scene and had heard rumors.
Rittenhouse and Furness laid it out for him, and Strap asked if he could come down some time to check it out. Within a few weeks of jamming with the band, Strap fell in love with the music and decided to record drums for the album the three had been writing.Ever since, the band has been editing and mixing their album in preparation for a release (no date set up for that yet...) and writing more material for future albums. As of march 2008, the addition of our singer- Jessica Minguez-should certainly make the band complete with a powerhouse melody/ rythm section followed up by a limitless vocal front. Get ready people, it's coming...I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts! Myspace Graphics
