About Me

Thanks so much for stopping by my page! You can catch me weekdays from 9am-2pm on Froggy101 and don’t forget, you can listen online at www.Froggy101.com. I can only share so much with you in five hours every day so here’s a little more about me:
I’m an overachiever and an over-analyzer. I’m a sister and a dog owner. I love accents and am a thoughtful listener, an animated speaker and a genuine shoulder to cry on. I ask too many questions and fall in love every five minutes, but I rarely date. I’m loud in a group but shy one-on-one; I think I hide it well. I love helping others but have a tendency to try to be too independent when it comes to my problems. I’m the last chance, and always the new beginning. I love big hair and high heels and convince myself that whatever season it is at the time is my favorite. I hate the phrase "Let’s play it by ear", but have a tumultuous relationship with routine. I curse a lot but don’t feel it diminishes my feminine appeal. I talk on the radio for a living and can’t remember a joke if my life depended on it (except for one very dirty one). I laugh easily and love big. I enjoy people who thoroughly understand the English language and can carry on intelligent conversation, but get annoyed by people who take themselves too seriously. I’m a thinker, a doer, an activist and a planner. I enjoy going to the movies and doing things alone but have a tiny fear that I’ll be alone forever. I’m a strong personality and a student of life. I have expectations and consider myself an old soul. I love all music but believe Melissa Etheridge and John Mellencamp are two of the greatest musicians who have ever lived; I own a hoodie from both of their concerts. I’m a dork; I embrace it so I believe it makes me cool. I’ve never broken anyone’s heart but have had mine truly broken once. I view every broken heart, disappointment and struggle as one of life’s necessary lessons. I have a weird phobia of achieving success but don’t view failure as an option. I believe the potential to do anything often translates into pressure to accomplish everything.
I believe. I work. I trust. I volunteer. I worry. I anticipate. I decide. I intrigue. I think. I shop. I feel. I write. I laugh. I play. I love. I hope. I learn. I save. I read. I live.
Live. Laugh. Love. Listen.

Im Gonna Change my Mind and Change the World

How are you? No, really. In today's fast paced, unintentionally inconsiderate society, I find myself throwing around this phrase too often without taking the time to realize the depth and importance o...

The way you looked at me took my breath away& I guess that makes me part of you.

There are three varying degrees of heartache: heartchip, heartcrack, heartbreak. Let me break them down for you. Heartchip is comparable to a sliver of glass breaking away from the rim of your favorit...
