Job Description
Qualified candidates must be well versed in accuracy, punctuality, responsibility, brevity, and excellence. Ideal candidates should be willing to learn and grow with the company. Mandatory skill set should include: accurate typing, web browser, front end application familiarity (Windows 2000), and absolute professionalism. Six months of customer service experience is preferred. Enjoy an energetic work environment where excellence is rewarded through an exciting performance based structure. Take inbound Customer Service calls for a wireless telephone carrier. Hiring for various shifts during our operating hours of 4:45AM to 10PM PST. We are looking for quality customer service representatives for a fortune 500 wireless corporation. Ideal candidates should be willing to learn and grow with the company. NOT SALES or TELEMARKETING.
