Drooling on the decks will be indie dj superstar PHDJ, art superstars BEN FROST + LA BETE and drinking superstars the violence djs. At a time when Melbourne punters seem to have two left feet, Young Lovers are bringing the remedy. It’s not that the punters can’t dance, more that they won’t. Either way, Mornington Peninsula’s very own Young Lovers – Luke Carlson (vocals and synthesizer), Jake Oliver (guitar), Bill Winder (guitar), Scottie Chalmers (drums) and Rachael Jakubenko (bass, bare feet) – are having none of it.
