About Me

Kameron Christopher is a young Composer out of Los Angeles, Ca. He began his musical journey at the young age of 3, initially getting a drumset and then later a guitar and keyboard. At the age of 7, he picked up the clarinet in his elementary schools orchestra. By the time he had reached 5th grade, Kameron had composed several small pieces for clarinet solo and was allowed to premier them in front of his 5th grade class. At the end of that year, he was allowed to perform a complete solo piece in front of his entire elementary school and their parents. His community was shocked, and he received a spot in the local newspaper. Kameron decided to take up the saxophone, stating, "there is something special about the saxophone, it shares some resemblances with the human voice." From there, he took off, news articles, sponsorships, and many awards. To this day, Kameron has performed with many notable musical figures; including jazz legends Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, and Horace Silver; Funk and R&B artist like George Clinton, and Macy Gray; Gospel artist Kirk Franklin and Kirk Whalum; and Rock Hall of Fame Legend Jackson Browne. Today he is on full scholarship at the Berklee College of Music, where he studies Composition with world-renowned composer, Vuk Kulenovic.
